Client Support Technician
Specialising in IT management and computer networking, Geidi offers small and medium sized enterprises innovative solutions in order to make the most of their IT systems.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Support Technician to join our rapidly expanding, busy IT team. Based in Fremantle we provide quality customer service and technical support to a wide range of local businesses.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting both hardware and applications in a timely and efficient manner, network maintenance, the design and installation of new IT infrastructure, telephone and on-site support, and in-house IT assistance.
You must be comfortable dealing with clients and issues at all levels and have excellent diagnostic skills with the following attributes:
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and self motivated
- Outstanding customer service skills and professional presentation
- Strong and confident English communication skills, both verbally and written
- At least one Microsoft Certification
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills
- The ability to work autonomously or within a team
- Excellent technical skills in both hardware and software in Microsoft operating environments
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- A current driver's license & own transport
- Relevant qualifications and certifications would be highly regarded
