We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Support Technician to join our rapidly expanding, busy IT team. Based in Fremantle we provide quality customer service and technical support to a wide range of local businesses.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting both hardware and applications in a timely and efficient manner, network maintenance, the design and installation of new IT infrastructure, telephone and on-site support, and in-house IT assistance.
You must be comfortable dealing with clients and issues at all levels and have excellent diagnostic skills with the following attributes:
